I’ve done my best to make everything as clear and simple as possible, so you can book with confidence and peace of mind.

Deposits

The deposit is non-refundable.
However, if you cancel more than 60 days in advance, you may transfer it to another retreat date.

Cancellations by the participant

• More than 60 days before the retreat: The amount paid will be refunded, excluding the deposit.
• Between 30 and 59 days before: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded, excluding the deposit.
• Less than 30 days before: No refunds will be issued, as retreat costs will have already been incurred.

Transfer of your spot

You may transfer your spot to another person up to 7 days before the retreat begins, subject to approval.

Accommodation, group size and conditions

This retreat is designed to take place in very small groups, and it may even run with just one participant.

However, accommodation options require a minimum of 2 participants and will not be available if this minimum is not reached.

Although it’s not common, if only one person is registered, the retreat may still go ahead, offering a more private and personalized experience.

In that case, you will be informed at least 30 days in advance so you can calmly decide whether you prefer to:

Keep your spot and attend the retreat without accommodation (the corresponding amount will be refunded, and I can help you find a nearby alternative if you wish),

Move your booking to another date, or

Request a full refund

I understand that many people are also looking for a group experience, so I want you to be able to choose what feels best for you.

For this reason, I recommend waiting for confirmation before booking non-refundable flights.

However if you´d be ok being the only participant, then go ahead and book your flights to ensure best flights prices.

Weather and experience adjustments

This retreat takes place in direct contact with nature, so it’s important to come with an open and flexible mindset.

Gran Canaria, and especially Arguineguín, has one of the best climates in the world, although changes can occur that may require adapting the experience.

If necessary, activities will always be adjusted prioritizing the group’s safety and the quality of the experience.
This may involve changes in schedules, locations, or types of sessions.

No refunds will be issued due to these adjustments, but the best possible alternative will always be offered.

Travel insurance

I recommend booking travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances such as illness, injury, or changes in your plans.
