Like a <\/span><b>phoenix rising from the ashes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or a <\/span><b>caterpillar transforming into a butterfly<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, every challenge we face carries the opportunity to be <\/span><b>reborn<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After going through one of the most difficult times in my life, I realised something we often leave until the very end:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I needed to <\/span><b>prioritise my physical and mental well-being<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nature, sport, and <\/span><b>healing connections<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> became my refuge. I found in the <\/span><b>ocean and paddle boarding (SUP)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> the <\/span><b>balance I had been searching for<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. I learnt to <\/span><b>listen to myself<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, quiet the mental noise, and reconnect with my energy.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Yoga and its philosophy<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> helped me unite <\/span><b>movement, mind, and emotions<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in a way I had never experienced before.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This transformation went beyond the physical. Through various trainings in <\/span><b>personal development and emotional intelligence<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, I learnt to <\/span><b>break free from limiting beliefs<\/b><span
