<b>60 days in advance,<\/b> you may transfer it to another retreat date.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h5><b>Cancellations by the participant<\/b><\/h5><ul><li><b>More than 60 days before the retreat: <\/b>The amount paid will be refunded, excluding the deposit.<\/li><li><b>Between 30 and 59 days before:<\/b> 50% of the amount paid will be refunded, excluding the deposit.<\/li><li><b>Less than 30 days before:<\/b> No refunds will be issued, as retreat costs will have already been incurred.<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><h5><b>Transfer of your spot<\/b><\/h5><p>You may transfer your spot to another person<b> up to 7 days before the retreat begins<\/b>, subject to approval.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h5><b>Accommodation, group size and conditions<\/b><\/h5><p>This retreat is designed to take place in very small groups, and it may even run with just one participant.<\/p><p>However, accommodation options require a minimum of<b> 2 participants<\/b> and will not be available if this minimum is not reached.<\/p><p>Although it\u2019s not common, if only one person is registered, the retreat may still go ahead, offering a more private and personalized experience.<\/p><p>In that case, you will be informed at least <b>30 days in advance<\/b> so you can calmly decide whether you prefer to:<\/p><p>Keep your spot and attend the retreat without accommodation (the corresponding amount will be refunded, and I can help you find a nearby alternative if you wish),<\/p><p>Move your booking to another date, or<\/p><p>Request a full refund<\/p><p>I understand that many people are also looking for a group experience, so I want you to be able to choose what feels best for you.<\/p><p>For this reason, I recommend waiting for confirmation before booking non-refundable flights.<\/p><p>However if you\u00b4d be ok being the only participant, then go ahead and book your flights to ensure best flights prices.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h5><b>Weather and experience adjustments<\/b><\/h5><p>This retreat takes place in direct contact with nature, so it\u2019s important to come with an open and flexible mindset.<\/p><p>Gran Canaria, and especially Arguinegu\u00edn, has one of the best climates in the world, although changes can occur that may require adapting the experience.<\/p><p>If necessary, activities will always be adjusted prioritizing the group\u2019s safety and the quality of the experience.<br \/>This may involve changes in schedules, locations, or types of sessions.<\/p><p>No refunds will be issued due to these adjustments, but the best possible alternative will always be offered.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h5><b>Travel insurance<\/b><\/h5><p>I recommend booking travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances such as illness, injury, or changes in your
