Because the sea is for everyone<\/h2>\n

It all started with a mother reaching out, hopeful that her child could finally experience the ocean without feeling excluded.
She said: \u201cMireie, most places tell us they don\u2019t have trained staff… Do you think he could come with you?\u201d<\/p>\n

At that moment it became clear:
It\u2019s not just about being ‘qualified’. It\u2019s about being willing\u2014willing to listen, adapt, and create from the heart.<\/strong>
And I had that.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s how SUP Inclusivo at SUP FIT YOGA was born.
A meaningful experience created so that anyone\u2014regardless of whether they have a disability, autism, Down syndrome, or other special needs\u2014can connect with the sea, their body, and the joy of movement, without pressure, judgment, or barriers.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s not only for them.
It\u2019s for their mothers, fathers, caregivers\u2026
For people who\u2019ve spent so long supporting others that sometimes they need support too.<\/p>\n

Here, the sea welcomes them.
I hold the space.
And together, we paddle toward something more human, kind, and free.<\/strong><\/p>\n

What is Inclusive SUP?<\/h2>\n

For me, it’s both simple and profound.
>It\u2019s stepping into the ocean to breathe deeply, soak up vitamin D, and let both body and mind relax.
>It\u2019s gifting ourselves a moment of peace, playfulness, and connection.
>It\u2019s when your nervous system eases and a genuine smile unfolds.<\/p>\n

At SUP FIT YOGA, Inclusive SUP means an adapted experience for people with disabilities.
The sea becomes a safe, gentle, and transformative environment.<\/p>\n

It doesn\u2019t matter if it’s your first time, if there\u2019s fear, or if you need to go slowly.
Each individual is unique, so we adjust\u2014to their pace, capacities, and needs\u2014with compassion, patience, and presence.<\/p>\n

What Happens During a Inclusive SUP Session<\/h2>\n

When families arrive at the beach, everything is already prepared: boards, paddles, and life jackets.
Every family finds their space. Some children greet familiar faces\u2014and in those moments, the magic begins.<\/p>\n

We gently help everyone with life jackets, explain how to paddle to the adult companion, and step into the water.<\/p>\n
