What is PADDLE SURF?
PADDLE SURF, also known as SUP (Stand Up Paddle), is an exciting sport
that combines muscle activation with relaxation and meditation.
And it’s not because you’ll be sitting cross-legged with your eyes closed, but because you’ll be so focused on every movement you make that, without realizing it, you’ll be practicing mindfulness and enjoying all its benefits.
Although it’s a sport with a quick learning curve, it’s advisable to learn it from a
professional to continue practicing it safely.
This class doesn’t require any prior knowledge or special physical fitness, which means almost anyone can practice it, regardless of age.

If you’ve never tried paddle surfing before, this experience is perfect for you. It’s designed for individuals like you who want to try it out safely under the guidance of a professional.
The class starts at 11:00 AM and lasts for 2 hours. Providing ample time to learn the basics of equipment, sea safety, and most importantly, progressive paddling techniques to eventually stand up securely and fully enjoy the experience.
Throughout the activity, there will be a few refreshing dips in the water, so if you’re not a swimmer, just let me know, and I’ll provide you with a life jacket. There’s no excuse not to participate!

Knowing how to swim is not necessary, as I can provide you with a life jacket (remember to request it when making your reservation).
However, you'll enjoy much more if you feel comfortable in the sea.
You only need a swimsuit, water, and a towel. I'll provide you with a rash guard to protect you from the sun.
Absolutely, remember to apply sunscreen in advance so it absorbs and doesn't make you slippery on the board. Make sure to use ocean-friendly sunscreens.

If your next question is about the minimum age, it really depends on each child. If they're too small to be on a board, we can provide them with arm floaties or I can lend you a life jacket, and they can join you on the board.
Remember, you don't need to stand up to enjoy a paddleboarding session with your little one.

The activity will only be canceled if the safety of the participants is compromised.
