SUP FIT YOGA is a session that blends: Stand Up Paddle Boarding + Fitness + Yoga
All of it—on a paddleboard out at sea. Sounds like a challenge? It is.
But here’s the good news: it’s not about doing everything perfectly, it’s about enjoying the process, moving at your own pace… and yes, falling in is part of the fun.
We’ll start with simple movements to help you feel stable on the board, and little by little, you’ll build confidence—standing up, flowing, and playing with balance.
The water’s instability activates your CORE like never before. You strengthen, stretch, breathe.
You challenge yourself, you laugh, you get soaked… and most importantly, you let go.
It’s a full-body, mindful workout that builds physical strength and brings mental calm.
A meeting point between body and mind.
Yin and Yang. Strength and softness. Power and pause.
This SUP Fit Yoga experience begins at Las Marañuelas beach, where we’ll start with a short briefing on the sand:
I’ll guide you through the paddleboarding basics—how to paddle, how to stand up, and how to find your balance—so you can step into the water feeling safe and confident.
Then we paddle out.
You’ll have a few minutes to explore the bay freely, move around, get comfortable, and let your body adjust to the sea and the gentle instability.
No rush. Everything starts with flow.
This warm-up sets the tone before we anchor… and that’s where the real magic begins.
Part One: SUP FITNESS
We kick things off by activating the whole body with a functional full-body workout—yes, on the board!
Think push-ups, squats, glutes, abs… even burpees.
But don’t worry: every exercise comes with adaptations for different levels.
You choose the intensity.
What matters is showing up, giving it a try, laughing when you fall (if it happens), climbing back up, and going for it again.
It’s challenging, yes—but also incredibly fun.
Part Two: SUP YOGA
After that burst of energy, we shift gears into a more grounding flow.
A sequence that blends strength, balance, and flexibility, now guided by a calmer energy.
We keep challenging the body—but now from a place of presence and awareness.
Your breath becomes your guide, and the sea holds you gently.
We close in Savasana, lying on the board, surrendering to one of the most special moments of the entire experience:
A deep, floating relaxation, rocked softly by the waves, sun on your skin, and the sound of water all around you.
A sacred pause to breathe, integrate… and simply be.

This session is designed for people who are used to working out—those who love movement, challenges, and pushing themselves—but don’t worry, there will still be options to suit different levels within each exercise.
Absolutely! This activity is perfect to share with your training group or team—taking your workout to a whole new level that’s more challenging (and fun!) than any gym floor.
But if you have sensitive skin, I advise you to come with leggings that cover your knees to protect them from the friction of the board, and also bring a change of clothes.
Swimsuit (I’ll provide a protective rash guard), sunscreen (preferably biodegradable), water, and a big smile—get ready to have fun!

You can leave in your car or mine. You can also leave something on the beach such as, towel, shoes... but be aware that it won´t be attended.
Classes will only be canceled when weather conditions prevent us from safely carrying out the activity.
