Certified in SUP, SUP Yoga, SUP Fitness, first aid and Yoga teacher.
Knowing how to swim is not necessary, as I can provide you with a life jacket (remember to request it when making your reservation).
However, you'll enjoy much more if you feel comfortable in the sea.
You only need a swimsuit, water, and a towel. I'll provide you with a rash guard to protect you from the sun.
Absolutely, remember to apply sunscreen in advance so it absorbs and doesn't make you slippery on the board. Make sure to use ocean-friendly sunscreens.
Of course! They usually love it.
If your next question is about the minimum age, it really depends on each child. If they're too small to be on a board, we can provide them with arm floaties or I can lend you a life jacket, and they can join you on the board.
Remember, you don't need to stand up to enjoy a paddleboarding session with your little one.
Of course not. It is included in the price.
However, if you want to bring your own board, I'll offer you a discount on the activity price.
The activity will only be canceled if the safety of the participants is compromised.
If the class hasn't started yet, I'll offer an alternative date, and if that's not possible, a full refund will be provided.
