In this inaugural article, I want to share a bit about the origin of SUP FIT YOGA, your Paddle Boarding (SUP) school in Gran Canaria.
This story arises from a passion for paddle boarding, yoga, travel, eco tourism, mindfulness and above all, good vibes.
This SUP school in Gran Canaria was founded in Arguineguín, at the beginning of this year 2023. The SUP and SUP Yoga school has become the ideal place for those seeking an innovative and fun way to stay fit and/or find a time for refuge and self-connection. All this while sharing experiences with people who vibrate on the same frequency.
As a continuously learning instructor, I am guided by passion and dedication, always carrying with me the spark of humor, exploration, and connection.
That’s why I take pride in offering unique and enriching SUP, SUP Yoga, and SUP Fitness experiences at SUP FIT YOGA in Gran Canaria to each participant. I go all out to create a welcoming and safe environment where community is key, and every individual can grow in their practice, whether an enthusiastic beginner or a more advanced practitioner seeking new experiences, accompanied by a local guide.

Through Paddle Surf, SUP Yoga, and SUP Fitness experiences, we co-create a beautiful memory filled with presence, balance, good vibes, and gratitude, something to return to in moments of physical or mental hustle.

In this space, I’ll not only share practical tips and detailed guides on paddle boarding (SUP), SUP Yoga, and SUP Fitness, but I’ll also flow into topics of personal development (which I’m so passionate about), sustainable and ecological tourism, and, of course, recommendations or interesting topics related to visiting the island of Gran Canaria.
I also love indulging in delicious food, so I’ll definitely bring you some recommendations for local places to eat on the island.
